Conclusion:The best aftermarket fan based VGA cooler available, that left me gob smacked by its load performance. A true gem of a cooler!
Pros • Easiest VGA cooler I have installed in a while • Design allows good airflow across the board • Lighter than stock cooler • Outstanding performance (19-20c under load) • Great value for money Cons • Not available for ATi 2000 series which is a shame
 Conclusion:
During our review, the DuOrb performed flawlessly as we had hoped after
seeing the design. In addition, we also tested the stability of the
included memory heatsinks, the adhesive is sticky enough, so if your
memory chips are clean there is far less chance the memory heatsinks
will drop off. When it came to performance, the DuOrb performed well
and satisfied us. The noise level while not super-silent was satisfying also.
Conclusion: While the cooling performance was spectacular, these two fans were the
loudest thing in the GeForce 8800GTS test system. However, to call them
loud would also be unfair. We doubt they would classify as 21dB as
advertised, but would put them under 30dB. To fix this problem, we
attached an old Thermaltake fan controller and set it to medium and the
noise decreased substantially. The temperatures also increased by about
5°C, to 76°C. This suggests that the limiting factor here is the fans.
Since so little copper is used, the heatsink cannot hold very much
heat, thus the fans must immediately dissipate any heat transferred.
Nevertheless, we think Thermaltake has a clear winner. The only thing
that the DuOrb lacks is a built in fan controller. The DuOrb performs
amazingly well, and it's also a very nice looking addition to your
case. While this cooler does cost between $40~50 USD, we highly
recommend the DuOrb. Its performance and easy installation make it a
definite winner.

Conclusion:
I was trying hard to find a flaw in the design of the DuOrb, but I
failed at that task. In every test category it won hands down, and the
heavier the load on the GPU the more the DuOrb laughed at the heat.
Looking for some serious GPU cooling goodness the DuOrb provides that and more!

Conclusion: Overall the Thermaltake DuOrb is a highly impressive looking VGA cooler
that supports a very wide range of both AMD/ATI and Nvidia graphics
cards. The performance was excellent, even when compared to the very
best products out there, and with such a flexible design the DuOrb is
most likely the best all round VGA cooling product available on the
market today. What would have completed this product was some kind of
fan speed controller, or at least the ability to connect it to a 3-pin
motherboard header. Nevertheless, the Thermaltake DuOrb is an
exceptional product that certainly deserves our performance award!
