To submit a warranty simply fill in your product details and the fault description details of your warranty request.
PLEASE NOTE: Name, Phone, Email and COMPLETE ADDRESS are required for us to be able to process the warranty.
Thermaltake will use your address for the sole purpose of returning goods. We will not add your address to mailing lists etc. We have had far too many requests with incomplete addresses where suburb, postcode and State are not provided.
ALL DETAILS INCLUDING COMPLETE ADDRESS MUST BE PROVIDED OTHERWISE WE CAN NOT PROCESS THE WARRANTY.
