Thermaltake Warranty Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand offers this Warranty on a Product to which it’s Back to Base service applies.

A reseller who has sold a product to you has acted as principal and has no authority to give any additional warranty or guarantee in relation to the Product on behalf of Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand.

Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship from your Purchase Date for warranty period specified below.

At its discretion, Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand will repair or replace your Product with same or comparable product or the next upgrade.

Products must have been purchased from a Reseller only. All entitlements under this warranty and the liability of Thermaltake are expressly limited and personal to the original Purchaser of the new product (s).

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the product is suitable for its’ intended purpose. There is no warranty for choosing the wrong Product.

Warranty Exclusions (This Warranty will not apply if during the warranty period):

Purchaser must ensure that any technical or operating environment guidelines and instruction recommended in its user guide or manual are followed at all times.  A product's serial number or any rating label is not removed or changed in any way. No label will void warranty.

Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand will not be liable for any consequential loss, direct, indirect or special damage arising from your use of the Product. In particular (but without limitation) Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand excludes from any liability for actual or expected revenue loss or corruption or loss of data.

This warranty is void if the product has any damage caused by abuse, accidental damage to or misuse of computer equipment, power surge, voltage spikes/fluctuation in power supply, fire, lightning, explosion, malicious damage, storm, water damage, aircraft, impact, burglary., improper installation, improper operation, modification, loss of parts, tampered with, modified or has been repaired or serviced by unauthorized person or if the warranty seal has been broken.

Loss or damage arising from failure due excessive wear and tear or relating to batteries beyond 3 months from date of installation.

Warranty Procedures

Fill out the RMA Form online.

You will be contacted by emailed advised of, a new RA number and details on where to send faulty parts. Only send the faulty parts, such as, if you have a fan from the case faulty then you would send the fan and not the whole case.

Please send a copy of your purchase receipt with the faulty parts, to show that this Warranty applies to your Product at the date of your claim.

Arrange the good to be shipped out to us as soon as you get an RA number, delay in shipping may require you to fill out a new RA form online.

Label the good with the address provided and RA number provided.

You are responsible for the delivery of your Product to Thermaltake or its Service Agent. Thermaltake ANZ will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of goods experienced in transit. Transit insurance is the responsibility of the customer should they choose to use any.

Thermaltake is responsible for the sending the product back to you if the product is found to be faulty. Thermaltake ANZ will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of goods experienced in transit. Transit insurance is the responsibility of the customer should they choose to use any.

A minimum fee of $25.00 will be charged for shipping and handling if any Goods are returned for warranty with No-Fault-Found. A higher fee may apply depending on the item size and quantity.
